1. Scope of Service
VerifyCompute provides evidence-based review, verification workflows, and reporting for AI infrastructure assets.
VerifyCompute does not guarantee future hardware performance, useful life, resale value, financing approval, insurance approval, or transaction outcomes.
2. No Valuation, Appraisal, or Pricing
VerifyCompute does not provide and no report should be read as providing:
- A valuation of any asset
- An appraisal or appraisal opinion
- A residual value estimate or depreciation schedule
- Price guidance, market pricing, or resale forecasts
Pricing information supplied by a customer, such as a purchase invoice or transaction record, is treated as evidence of provenance only. VerifyCompute publishes no figure derived from it.
3. Evidence Available at Time of Verification
All findings reflect the evidence, documentation, diagnostic data, and review procedures available at the time of verification, including:
- Documents and telemetry supplied by the customer or counterparty
- Records that could be independently corroborated
- Gaps and limitations, which are stated in the report rather than assumed resolved
Hardware condition, configuration, and ownership may change after a report is issued. A report is not a continuing statement of fact.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their own commercial decisions.
Verification findings are one input into a purchase, sale, financing, underwriting, or disposal decision. Customers should obtain independent pricing, legal, tax, and technical advice as their circumstances require.
5. Automated and AI-Assisted Review
Where automated or AI-assisted analysis is used:
- Outputs describe the completeness and internal consistency of submitted evidence.
- Outputs are observational and are not independent verification findings.
- Results that cannot be validated are reported as unverified rather than accepted.
6. Limits of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyCompute is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or lost transactions
- Losses arising from a commercial decision made by a customer or third party
- Losses arising from incomplete, altered, or misrepresented evidence supplied to us
- Losses arising from changes to hardware after a report was issued
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
7. Contesting a Finding
A customer or a named counterparty may contest a finding. The process is:
- Submit a written dispute to hello@verifycompute.ai within thirty (30) days of report delivery, identifying the report reference and the specific finding contested.
- Include any additional evidence supporting the correction requested.
- The dispute is reviewed by a reviewer who did not produce the original report.
- We acknowledge receipt within three (3) business days and issue a written determination within fifteen (15) business days, or state a longer timeline in writing where physical re-inspection is required.
- Where a finding is corrected, the report is reissued with the correction and the revision recorded in the asset's record. Where a finding is upheld, the dispute and the reasoning are noted alongside the report.
Disputes are limited to the accuracy of stated findings and the evidence reviewed. VerifyCompute does not reconsider valuation or pricing questions, because it issues none.
8. Third-Party Sources
VerifyCompute does not endorse and is not responsible for:
- Market pricing indices or other third-party pricing sources
- Manufacturer, seller, or marketplace representations
- Third-party diagnostic tools or their output
